    Currently the 4th year living in Breckenridge, Kava was created in 2008 by Myself and my wife based on the needs of the town. Our goal since day one is serving the needs of the community as quickly as possible with the highest quality standards. My knowledge of the food service industry is very extensive, from waiting tables, food service sanitation, banquets, catering, culinary arts, from small to large food establishments, and being in management for North America's largest catering company, with over 15 years experience in the industry it's all rolled up into the birth of kava.
